Wish to go bespoke?
We know how hard it can be to find a design that fits every project. That’s why we offer the possibility of customising our range, or producing something entirely bespoke.
Our custom service allows you to adapt our designs to the colours, dimensions and finish of your choice. Completely bespoke designs are also possible depending on your project needs.
Our samples box is the perfect tool to help you through this process. Inside, you’ll find all 50 flatweave colour swatches, as well as a selection of 10 hand-knotted colour swatches.
Accompanied by our printed trade brochure, everything is elegantly packaged in a presentation box, making it ideal for design consultations & client meetings.

Absolutely!
Rugs: You are welcome to customise the colours, dimensions and finish of any of our rugs to fit your project requirements. We also offer a fully bespoke service if you have something specific in mind. Please contact us on trade@ishkar.com to discuss your requirements.
Fabrics: we offer customisation of thread colour and base fabric. Please contact us for any custom requirements.
Hand-knotted rugs - 10m x 15m
Flatweave rugs - 4.5m x 5.5m
If you require larger dimensions, please email our team on trade@ishkar.com and we will be happy to assist.
Hand-knotted rugs - these can take anywhere between 4-6 months to produce. The larger and more complex the design, the longer the lead time.
Flatweave rugs - these usually take between 2-3 months, depending on the size specified.
Hand-embroidered fabrics - fabric can take anywhere between 3 weeks to 3-4 months. This entirely depends on the complexity of the design, and the length of fabric specified.
For all products, we will be able to provide a more specific lead time once the order has been finalised, and will update you with progress along the way.
Yes! We do our best to visually display our rugs & fabrics as realistically as possible. But we also know that seeing and feeling it can make it easier to decide.
Whether you’re deciding between colours or simply want to feel the material, our complimentary swatches will help you and your client select the perfect piece. We also offer a trade sample box for £25 for you to have on hand and refer back to for your projects.
Our range of colour and design samples can be posted or viewed in our store on London’s Columbia Road.

Our Trade discounts are calculated on a tiered basis reflective of order value:
• 10% discount for accounts that value under £500
• 15% discount for accounts that value between £500 and £1000
• 20% discount for accounts that value between £1000 and £5000
• 25% discount for accounts that value above £5000

Please note that most orders will ship to you from the UK, however, large orders can ship directly from the country of origin. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
