Flore - Co Founder
Flore holds a BA in History from King’s College London, and a Joint Masters from LSE and Sciences Po in International political economy and economic policy, where she was an Entente Cordiale Scholar. Following graduation, Flore worked for the French Embassy in Damascus, and went on to work for Samuel Hall in Afghanistan consulting organisations such as the UN and the World Bank.
Edmund - Co Founder
Edmund holds a B.A in History from Oxford University. Prior to setting up ISHKAR Edmund worked for three years in Afghanistan leading the Turquoise Mountain Foundation’s programmes setting up and providing support for more than 30 SMEs across Afghanistan. Edmund's strength is in helping NGOs move towards sustainability through the generation of revenue.
Electra - Story Teller
Electra graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in Philosophy & Spanish. A marketing and crowd-funding specialist, Electra advises organisations how to communicate their mission through digital content, social media and creative collaborations. Electra led ISHKAR’s Pin Project campaign to support refugees which raised over £63,000.
Chloe - Design Thinker
Chloe graduated with a Masters in Innovation and UX Design from EmLyon Business School and Ecole Centrale Engineering School. Deploying design thinking, Chloé helps NGOS and businesses to develop innovative products in fashion and design, which have a positive impact on society.
